How it works
One job, one quotation, no runaround. We measure up on site, put it in writing, then install it properly.
Send a few details through the form or call the direct line. Photos help, but they’re optional.
We measure up, check access, drainage and the existing surface, and talk through materials on the plot.
A clear, no-obligation quote. No deposit to accept it — and a 7-day cooling-off period if you say yes.
Groundwork, drainage, the surface and a tidy leave. You pay for finished work, not a promise.

Move the slider, pick a surface, and we’ll show an indicative range for Woodhall Spa jobs. The written quotation after a free site visit is the one that counts.

We measure up, talk through materials and leave you with a written quotation. No call-out fee, no obligation.
We don’t take money before we start. You pay for work that’s actually been done — not a promise.
Family driveways, landlord portfolios, new-builds and commercial forecourts. One multi-skilled, fully insured team.
FAQs
Costs, deposits, coverage and how a free quotation actually works.
It depends on the surface, size, access and the ground underneath. As a guide, tarmac is usually the most cost-effective, with block paving and resin bound sitting higher. Use the estimator on this page for a ballpark, then book a free site visit for an exact written quotation.
No. LB Drives does not take upfront deposits. You are not asked to pay before work starts, and you have a 7-day cooling-off period after accepting a quotation.
The village itself plus Kirkstead, Kirkby on Bain, Tattershall, Coningsby, Martin, Stixwould, Roughton, Thornton and Tumby Woodside, and towns further out including Horncastle, Bardney, Metheringham and Billinghay.
A standard domestic driveway is often completed in a few days once we’re on site, after groundwork and any drainage. We’ll give you a clear programme with your quotation so you can plan parking and access.
Yes. We are a fully insured, multi-skilled in-house team — not a lead-generation middleman. Company number 13512383.
That’s the point of the free visit. We’ll walk the plot, talk through tarmac, resin, block paving, imprinted concrete and restoration options, and quote the route that actually suits your house, budget and drainage.

Local feedback
Typical comments from LB Drives customers. Ask us for recent local examples when we visit.
★★★★★“Had the old cracked tarmac out and a new drive down in a few days. The lads were tidy, the edges are sharp and parking on the street was the worst of it.”

★★★★★“We were deciding between resin and block paving. They walked us through drainage on our plot and didn’t push the dearer option. Resin looks superb against the brick.”
PRPriya R.

★★★★★“Quoted a restoration first rather than ripping everything out. Clean, re-sand and seal has the front looking new. Honest advice — that’s rare.”
